Insurance and Payment

Insurance

We ask that you provide us with complete and accurate medical and dental insurance information and keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage. Complete information will enable us to give you the most accurate estimate of your insurance coverage.

Our insurance coordinators will work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement.

Medicare Patients – Medicare pays us directly for your care. You are responsible for any deductible and co-insurance. Dental procedures (extractions, implants) are not covered by Medicare. If Medicare denies your procedure, you are responsible for the charges.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If we are billing an insurance company, only a portion of your total fee may be due at the time service is rendered. This may include your insurance deductible, co-payment, noncovered services, etc.

We will send you a statement for any remaining balance after your insurance has paid their portion. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Your prompt remittance of this balance is appreciated.

If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us at (717) 519-5297.

Please remember you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
