For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered. If we are billing an insurance company, only a portion of your total fee may be due at the time service is rendered. This may include your insurance deductible, co-payment, noncovered services, etc.
We will send you a statement for any remaining balance after your insurance has paid their portion. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Your prompt remittance of this balance is appreciated. If necessary, we can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan of this remaining balance, but you must contact us at 717-544-3551 promptly to discuss this.
